Online orders will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
Most standard orders* are sent via the Australia Post eParcel network because of its coverage, reliability, and affordability. At times we may send orders via courier depending on the location of stock to fulfill your order.
All deliveries must be signed for! Please be aware we will not leave parcels unattended for security reasons. Due to the nature of most products, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Goods in stock are generally picked and despatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday (if in stock). If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card for it to be collected at your nearest post-office. If your order is delivered via courier and you are not home, a card will be left to arrange re-delivery.

Refunds and Returns

Our friendly team will create a return authorisation number for you and instruct you on how to send your item back.
To help us process your return please follow the below steps:
• Ensure all tags are still on the product, and where possible packaging still intact
• Package the returning items nicely to avoid any damage in transit
• Include a copy of the invoice
• Mark the package as RETURNS
How will my money be refunded?
The refund amount will be credited back by using the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item in my order?
No, Items can only be returned for a refund. To order a new size simply place a new order for the correct size.
How long will it take to get a refund?
Once your goods have been received, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be credit back to your financial institution.
What happens if I want to return and item after the 30 day period?
Items can be returned if unused and in original packaging (with tags) up to 60 days after purchase.
There will be a shipping fee to return the item, contact our Customer Service Team online@hammerandfield.com.au to arrange.
How do I return something that is faulty?
We provide full warranty for our Hammer + Field products.
Please email our Customer Service Team online@hammerandfield.com.au to discuss the fault and arrange a return.
There is no shipping fee for items that are faulty and need to be returned.
